Additionally, you have the option to order via phone call or by sending us a direct message on Instagram. Alternatively, you can visit our physical store during our operating hours, where our welcoming staff will be happy to help you with your order.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We welcome all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Additionally, to ensure your convenience and security, we provide secure online payment methods like Apple Pay and Google Pay.
  • How long does an arrangement last?
    A small amount of additional attention can significantly enhance the longevity of any flower arrangement, regardless of its size. The lifespan of most floral arrangements typically ranges from 5 to 7 days or even longer, contingent upon the specific types of flowers utilized and the level of care provided.
  • What is your return policy?
    ​All purchases made at Petals of Prestige are considered final. We offer a service that involves providing perishable items, which are sensitive to temperature, moisture, and light. The only exception to this policy is if you receive a defective product. Any such issues must be reported within 12 hours of receiving the flowers, and you must provide a photo of the arrangement to petalsofprestige@gmail.com. Please be aware that flowers are perishable and require proper care. It is the recipient's responsibility to adhere to the care instructions provided by Petals of Prestige

    With a bit of additional attention, even the smallest flower arrangement or bouquet of fresh flowers can significantly benefit. The lifespan of floral arrangements typically ranges from 5-7 days or more, contingent upon the types of flowers utilized and the level of care provided.
  • How can I make my arrangement last longer?
    To extend the life of your floral arrangement, trim stems, clean the vase, add flower food, change water every 2-3 days, keep away from heat and sunlight, mist flowers, and remove wilted blooms promptly. These steps promote hydration, inhibit bacterial growth, and maintain freshness.
  • What are your operating hours?

  • What if the recipient refuses the delivery?
    In case the recipient refuses to accept the delivery, the sender may not refund the buyer.
  • What happens after I place my order online?
    You will receive an email confirmation of your order, including your receipt and all the order details, as will we. Our team of floral designers will then proceed to craft the arrangement you desire.
