Return & Exchange Policy
All purchases made at Petals of Prestige are considered final.
We offer a service that involves handling perishable items, which are sensitive to temperature, moisture, and light. The only exception to this policy is if you receive a defective product. Any claims regarding defects must be reported within 12 hours of receiving the flowers, and you must email a photo of the arrangement to petalsofprestige@gmail.com.
Please remember that flowers are perishable and have a limited lifespan. Proper care is essential, and it is the recipient's responsibility to follow the care instructions provided by Petals of Prestige.
